Acceptable Use Policy (AI Empowerment Hub)

The Hub is your organisation's workspace for AI empowerment. It is a place to learn, build, share and govern how AI is used across your organisation. This policy sets out how we expect everyone to use it.

The Hub is provided by Bellamy Alden AI Consulting LLC ("Bellamy Alden"). By using the Hub, you agree to follow this policy.

The Basics

1. Use the Hub for your organisation's internal business purposes related to AI empowerment.
2. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
3. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or harmful.
4. Do not attempt to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer the Hub's infrastructure, security, code or other users' data.
5. Do not process personal data or other sensitive information beyond what your organisation's policies and applicable law allow. If you are unsure whether a specific use is appropriate, check with your line manager or your organisation's AI governance lead before proceeding.
6. Follow any additional guidelines or policies published within the Hub, including community guidelines.

AI in the Hub

The Hub uses artificial intelligence throughout its features and functionality. When you use the Hub, you are using AI.

1. AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational support only. It is not professional advice, legal advice or a verified statement of fact. It may contain errors, inaccuracies or biases.
2. Always review AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, external communications or regulated activities. AI is designed to support your judgement, not replace it.

Bellamy Alden's Content

The Hub contains content owned by Bellamy Alden, such as the knowledge library, learning materials, frameworks and reference content. This content is provided for your use within the Hub.

1. Do not bulk-download or systematically copy Bellamy Alden's content from the Hub for use outside of it.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you breach this policy, Bellamy Alden may suspend your access to the Hub. Where possible, your organisation will be given notice and an opportunity to address the issue first. However, Bellamy Alden may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm, address a security risk or meet a legal obligation.

Breaches of this policy are handled between Bellamy Alden and your organisation.

Changes

Bellamy Alden may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Hub. Continued use of the Hub after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
