Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize business operations, including finance, HR, and IT
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional support to staff, including onboarding, training, and benefits administration
- Manage and maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of improving business operations and efficiency
- Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, HR, and IT
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with operations management software and tools (desirable)
