Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Manage and maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
- Strong understanding of business operations and administration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information (essential)
