We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches showcasing our solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of general AI and its applications (desirable)
